【岗位职责】 · 用工需求管理与规划：负责日常和大促人力需求满足与弹性管理；设计大促保障方案并统筹落地与复盘；按区域和岗位特性制定差异化招聘策略及突发用工荒应急方案。 · 用工成本与招聘效率：分析并管控用工成本，对标市场挖掘优化机会；梳理招聘渠道，评估各渠道 ROI，降低招聘成本。 · 用工质量与员工体验：识别一线伙伴流失的关键因素，按仓分析主要问题，制定并落地薪酬、发展、工作环境、员工关怀等方面的留存策略。 · 数据及指标管理：建设一线伙伴管理指标体系，做数据监控及到园区、到仓的指标拆解；月度/季度指标通晒与偏差分析；收口用工相关报表，通过数据分析提出改善方案。 · 专项项目与协同：运营 AI 面试并持续调优人才画像；设计并迭代内推机制，提升内推占比；建立人才库使用及管理规则，包括标签体系及分级分类标准，提升人才复用率。
