岗位职责 1、通过平台化手段，运营全平台企业商家，涉及商家入驻、新商家成长、商家分层运营等； 2、负责全平台腰部商家成长任务体系，制定并执行运营策略、产品策略，跨部门协同项目落地； 3、生意视角，了解品牌方、经销商、贸易商的生意模式，善于挖掘商家痛点和生意增长诉求； 4、商家视角，了解不同类目商家的不同痛点和阶段诉求，批量化促进商家、品牌成长； 5、产品思维，基于平台策略、阶段性商家诉求，持续优化商家后台、运营后台、营销工具并制定规则； 6、数据导向，借助全漏斗等数据分析模型，持续关注商家交易全链路，识别短、中期风险和机会点； 7、项目化作业，评估横纵向业务的优先级，快速立项推进，制定并追踪项目阶段和子项目OKR；

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，5年商家端运营经验，大型电商及TP运营经验优先； 2、熟悉商家成长各个阶段的诉求和痛点，熟悉商品运营及成长逻辑 3、数据分析能力强，能够进行逻辑性推理和全漏斗数据体系搭建； 4、产品化思维，有产品需求收集、产品开发等相关项目经验； 5、良好的沟通能力，抗压能力，能够快速协同，推动项目落地。
