【岗位职责】 · 协助Senior财务BP输出业务线月度管报及经营分析报告，通过数据分析挖掘经营问题、识别增长机会。 · 协助完成业务线年度预算编制，管控预算达成及滚动计划，推动预算执行和降本增效方案落地。 · 参与业务日常运营与管理，跟进业务策略并提供财务支持；对业务重点项目及资源投入做定期/专项评估，为业务决策、资源调配、策略调整提供依据，协助提升运营效率、防范潜在风险。 · 跟进用增策略，协同用增团队分析用户增长瓶颈，监测投放渠道表现，评估资源分配合理性。 · 审核各业务形态及类目费率合理性，审核平台BC补贴相关营销活动的计算逻辑与假设，确保整体ROI符合要求；活动结束后跟进复盘，协助提升补贴效率和ROI。 · 跟进平台履约和客服部门，协助获取、汇总、清洗、整理关键指标数据，协助降低履约成本和舆情赔付、提升客服效率和满意度，推进履约成本分摊线上化。

【能力】 [必备] · 业务财务分析与预算管控能力：能通过数据挖掘经营问题、评估资源投入与活动ROI。 · 业务运营管理与风险识别能力，能为业务决策提供财务依据。 · 熟练使用Excel及文档工具，数字分析能力扎实。 · 财务经管或理工科（数学、工程、物流管理等）本科及以上学历。 · 5年及以上财务或互联网业务域/电商营销领域工作经验，其中至少2年互联网企业FP&A或财务BP经历。 · 熟悉互联网电商平台及线上线下结合的商业模式，了解投放增长、BC补贴、交易运营、履约体验等板块的预算管控和复盘分析。 [加分] · 逻辑能力强，商业判断敏锐。 · 能使用SQL、Power BI处理和分析数据。 · 二手电商经验。 · 四大会计师事务所审计经历，或世界500强TO C业务型企业财务分析经历。 · 硕士学历，或CPA/ACCA/CIMA等专业资格证书。
