岗位职责 1、TP 数据库全生命周期运维：负责 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等主流关系型数据库（TP）集群的部署、配置、版本升级、扩容迁移、容量规划，建立标准化运维流程与变更管理机制，保障业务交易链路 7×24 小时稳定运行。 2、TP 性能与故障治理：监控 TP 数据库健康状态（QPS / 延迟、连接数、锁等待、慢查询等），开展 SQL 调优、索引优化、参数调优，快速定位并解决死锁、主从延迟、数据不一致等突发故障，提升交易性能与可靠性。 3、AP 集群运维与建设：负责 HBase（分布式存储）、ClickHouse（OLAP）集群的部署、维护、升级与扩容，优化集群架构（分片 / 副本规划、存储引擎选型），保障海量数据存储与实时分析场景稳定运行。 4、AP 性能深度优化：针对 HBase 优化 WAL、Compaction 策略、Region 分裂、热点治理及 BlockCache 配置；针对 ClickHouse 优化 MergeTree 引擎、查询执行计划、Parts 合并、资源隔离，实现百亿级数据秒级分析。 5、数据安全与容灾：制定并落地 TP/AP 数据库备份恢复策略、跨地域容灾方案，负责权限管理、数据脱敏，保障数据安全性与业务连续性，定期开展灾备演练。 6、可观测性建设：搭建完善的监控告警体系（覆盖 TP/AP 数据库的 CPU、内存、I/O、GC、慢查询、副本健康等指标），基于 Prometheus、Grafana 等工具实现可视化监控，推进告警降噪与故障提前预警。 7、业务支撑与技术落地：对接业务团队，提供 TP/AP 数据库技术支持，解决数据流转（TP 到 AP）、存储选型、查询优化等问题；推动数据库规范使用，沉淀最佳实践。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3 年及以上 DBA 工作经验，同时具备TP 关系型数据库运维能力与AP 方向（HBase/ClickHouse）运维经验者优先。 2、TP 专项能力： 深入熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL 等主流 TP 数据库的内核架构、主从复制、高可用方案（MGR、Patroni 等），具备大规模集群运维经验。 精通 TP 数据库性能调优（SQL、索引、参数）、故障排查（死锁、主从延迟、数据损坏等），能独立解决生产环境复杂问题。 掌握 TP 数据库备份恢复、权限管理、数据迁移工具（如 mysqldump、xtrabackup、pg_dump 等）的使用与优化。 3、AP 专项能力（HBase/ClickHouse）： 熟悉 HBase 内核原理（HMaster/RegionServer、WAL、Compaction、读写路径），具备集群部署、性能调优、热点治理及故障处理经验。 熟悉 ClickHouse 核心架构（MergeTree 家族、Replicated/Distributed 机制、Parts/Merges、Mutation），能独立完成集群搭建、查询优化与分布式场景运维。 了解 AP 数据库与 TP 数据库的数据流转方案，有海量数据（PB 级）存储与实时分析场景运维经验者优先。 4、通用技能： 掌握 Shell、Python 等脚本语言，能独立开发自动化运维工具（如部署、监控、巡检脚本）。 熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana、Zabbix 等监控工具的使用与配置，具备可观测性体系建设经验。 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能快速响应线上故障，有跨团队协作经验与抗压能力。 5、加分项：有数据库内核优化、社区贡献经验，或熟悉 Redis、Kafka 等中间件运维者优先。
