-架构师方向 岗位职责 1、稳定性体系：主导或深度参与 SLA/SLO 定义、容量与限流、多活/容灾、故障演练（混沌工程）、重大活动保障、事后复盘与改进闭环。 2、底层基建：负责或协同计算、网络、存储、消息、缓存、数据库中间层、容器与编排、服务网格、镜像与制品、密钥与证书等标准化建设与演进。 3、可观测与应急：建设/优化指标、日志、链路追踪与告警策略；推动故障发现、定位、恢复工具链与 Runbook，缩短 MTTR。 4、平台化与工程效率：将重复运维与接入成本沉淀为内部平台/API（如发布、配置、灰度、环境、成本账单、基线巡检等），提升研发与 SRE 效率。 5、架构评审与规范：参与核心链路架构评审，输出容量、依赖、降级、超时、重试、幂等、数据一致性等方面的基线要求与最佳实践。 任职要求 1、5 年及以上大规模互联网或电商平台基础架构 / SRE / 平台工程相关经验，有0→1 或 1→N 的基建落地案例。 2、深入理解 Linux、TCP/IP、DNS、LB、K8s/Docker 等；具备生产环境排障能力，能基于现象快速缩小问题域。 3、熟悉至少一类可观测栈（Prometheus/Grafana、ELK、Jaeger/SkyWalking 等）及告警治理思路。 4、熟练使用 Go / Python / Shell 中至少两种进行自动化、Operator、小工具或平台开发；具备良好工程习惯（代码评审、文档、灰度与回滚意识）。 5、有高并发、大流量、活动峰值下的稳定性建设经验；理解限流、熔断、降级、异步化、缓存与消息在系统中的典型用法。 6、沟通清晰，能跨团队推动标准落地，对结果与线上质量有强 ownership。

基础开发方向 岗位描述 1、负责95分商品、订单、资金等系统的迭代和研发 2、负责各中大型项目的方案设计，评审，研发工作 3、负责平台性能及其他技术优化，业务稳定性工作 4、理解系统的业务需求，进行核心功能的开发工作 岗位要求 1、熟悉golang语言、3年以上golang开发经验 2、熟悉TCP, HTTP相关网络协议； 3、熟悉高性能、高可用和分布式系统实践； 4、具备良好的编程习惯，熟悉常见设计模式 ，有良好的数据结构和算法功底； 5、责任感强，自我驱动，主动好学有进取心，对代码质量有追求。 6、有电商资金业务经验优先
