1、负责得物广告外投算法优化，场景包人群定向、出价算法优化、创意优选、RTA/RTB算法优化等，提升外投ROI及平台收益。 2、模型开发与迭代：构建和优化CTR/CVR/深度转化预估模型，结合运筹、强化学习能力，优化自动化投放、RTA/RTB相关外投算法。 3、数据驱动决策：根据外部媒体流量变化情况，优化各模型能力，提升投放策略的自适应能力，并反馈业务财务等协作方，及时调整投放预算策略等。 4、跨团队协作：与产品、运营、财务等团队紧密合作，理解业务需求，将算法能力转化为业务增长。 5、技术前瞻性研究：紧跟广告技术领域最新算法进展，不断推动技术创新。。

1、具备2年以上互联网行业算法工作经验。 2、扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，熟悉常见算法及框架。 3、精通SQL/Python/Java等开发语言工具，熟悉大数据处理工具。 4、有广告外投相关算法，或消息Push相关算法经验者优先。
