1、导购侧留存 & 访频策略设计：基于用户需求洞察（货品洞察， 内容洞察），立足导购场景（推荐流、金刚位，主题活动）等，设计用户分层回访、内容导购策略，持续提升用户回访频次、回访留存、导购渠道访问占比； 2、导购机制落地：协同搜索，推荐，商详等主场域设计导购推荐策略，拉动用户主动回访；探索内容导购的有效性； 3、实验与数据复盘：搭建导购侧 A/B 实验，验证形式、内容、权益、策略对访频 & 留存的影响； 4、市场与竞品调研：跟踪同赛道海外电商导购、社媒导购、私域导购玩法，理解目标市场用户社交习惯、偏好；对用户访购行为保持好奇心，形成用户洞察到用户策略的落地； 5、跨团队协同。

1、本科及以上，4年及以上海外电商 / 独立站 / 导购 / 私域用户增长经验，有导购、达人导购、推荐消息、用户召回场景实操经验优先； 2、核心能力：懂留存、访频类指标，不是只做成交转化；能够独立设计召回、回访、分层触达方案，会设计 A/B 实验，熟练看埋点数据，能通过数据定位问题、迭代策略； 3、熟悉海外用户导购形式，内容和玩法； 4、目标导向，能够接受以回访频次、留存、导购渠道访问为核心 KPI，而不是单纯成交；思路清晰，擅长拆解长期留存问题，有耐心做长线运营。
