You will be:

  • managing and improving deployment and release processes across development, lab, and production environments,
  • designing, maintaining, and improving reliable infrastructure and delivery solutions,
  • supporting teams in adopting effective DevOps practices and ways of working,
  • contributing to infrastructure modernization with a focus on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency,
  • supporting development and support teams in resolving critical production issues,
  • coordinating product and operating system updates across different environments,
  • managing Infrastructure as Code and ensuring infrastructure follows agreed standards and best practices,
  • contributing to planning, release management, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

Your profile:

  • hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
  • practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Git, and CI/CD pipelines,
  • hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Swarm, preferably in on-premises environments,
  • good knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, CloudFormation, VPC, Subnets, AMIs, ALBs, S3, and ECR,
  • understand Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation best practices,
  • experience working with both cloud and on-premises, air-gapped environments,
  • a good understanding of JSON,
  • experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Azure Pipelines,
  • familiarity with monitoring and observability solutions, with an appreciation of ELK Stack and Grafana,
  • experience with firewall management, preferably FortiGate,
  • understand Agile development processes and are comfortable participating in Agile ceremonies,
  • strong DevOps mindset and understand the importance of collaboration across development, support, and infrastructure teams,
  • strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and can approach complex technical issues independently,
  • can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
  • comfortable working in an environment where issues often require investigation, creativity, and finding solutions beyond standard approaches,
  • good documentation skills and understand the importance of keeping technical documentation accurate and up to date,
  • good English communication skills (at least B2 level).
