You will be:

  • mapping stakeholders for each migration package, including business owners, data owners, key report users and domain digital contacts, and agreeing on clear sign-off responsibilities,
  • confirming with business owners which data products and reports will be migrated, consolidated or retired, using dependency analysis and report-usage evidence provided by the delivery teams,
  • translating business expectations into clear, testable acceptance criteria, including relevant figures, reports, user groups and acceptable tolerances,
  • ensuring that acceptance criteria are agreed before the build begins,
  • preparing and presenting evidence-based recommendations for consolidating or retiring overlapping reports,
  • resolving consolidation decisions directly with stakeholders and escalating contested cases to the Data Council,
  • organizing product demonstrations and User Acceptance Testing, supported by side-by-side reconciliation results prepared by the migration pods,
  • tracking UAT findings, actions and decisions through to resolution,
  • obtaining formal business sign-off for the Gold data product and its related reports,
  • securing go-live confirmation from domain teams and coordinating the gradual transition of consumers to the new solution,
  • confirming that users have moved to the new path and obtaining approval to decommission legacy dependencies,
  • handing over complete decommissioning evidence to the teams responsible for executing the shutdown,
  • maintaining clear, package-level visibility of stakeholder maps, acceptance criteria, consolidation decisions, UAT results and all required sign-offs in the weekly status report,
  • working closely with business and data owners, domain digital teams, migration pods, BI engineers, the Program Manager and the Delivery Lead,
  • escalating stalled packages, unresolved decisions and risks early, with clear recommendations and next steps

Your profile:

  • extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Change Manager or in a similar stakeholder-facing role,
  • proven experience working in data, BI, analytics or migration programs,
  • experience taking ownership of business validation activities, including scope confirmation, acceptance criteria, UAT, sign-off and user adoption,
  • strong stakeholder management skills and the credibility to work with business owners, data owners and senior decision-makers,
  • ability to challenge stakeholders, make evidence-based recommendations and say no without damaging the relationship,
  • sufficient data literacy to interpret reconciliation results, understand report logic and explain findings clearly to business users,
  • experience facilitating demos, workshops and UAT sessions involving both business and technical teams,
  • ability to manage conflicting expectations and drive decisions through to resolution,
  • a highly organized, proactive and persistent approach, with the ability to follow up until required approvals and sign-offs are obtained,
  • strong ownership and the ability to work independently in a complex, distributed program environment,
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • fluent English,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, to improve productivity and quality in analytical and documentation work,
  • availability to visits the client’s office in Warsaw when required, up to twice per week,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry,
  • experience with large-scale data or BI migrations,
  • experience in report rationalization, consolidation or retirement initiatives,
  • experience supporting user adoption and the decommissioning of legacy solutions,
  • familiarity with data governance structures and decision-making forums such as Data Councils,
  • experience working with Gold-layer data products or similar curated data models,
  • experience applying GenAI tools in a structured way within business analysis workflows,
  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
  • interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
