You will be:

  • working with Azure, including AKS/Kubernetes, and managing infrastructure using Terraform,
  • designing and developing solutions using PostgreSQL and event-driven approaches,
  • collaborating with engineers across teams to align solutions and simplify integrations,
  • taking ownership of feature delivery from requirements clarification through implementation,
  • contributing to technical and business strategy by proposing improvements and new approaches,
  • identifying architectural and technical gaps and driving their resolution,
  • improving engineering processes, code quality, and ways of working within the team.

Your profile:

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer within the JVM ecosystem,
  • strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, with a good understanding of the underlying technologies and abstractions,
  • experience working in Agile environments,
  • ability to independently translate business problems into technical solutions and lead their implementation,
  • experience with microservices architecture, preferably with DDD and Event Sourcing,
  • practical experience with Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, and Terraform,
  • experience with PostgreSQL and modern CI/CD practices, including GitHub Actions and ArgoCD,
  • familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk and automated testing with Spock,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
  • strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment,
  • proactive and ownership-oriented approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering valuable solutions,
  • good command of English (min. B2),
  • availability to start as soon as possible,
  • willingness to work from the client's Kraków office at least once a week.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.
  • Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
