  • Direct global public relations and brand communications strategies, including media relations, press releases, executive communications, industry partnerships, and crisis communication planning and response.
  • Lead athlete, ambassador, influencer, and sponsorship programs, building relationships with key partners and ensuring initiatives strengthen brand credibility, consumer engagement, and business objectives.
  • Oversee event marketing strategies, experiential activations, product shows, and industry events, ensuring effective execution and measurable value from sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, competitive activity, and campaign performance to guide marketing decisions, optimize investments, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning across domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and manage an annual marketing budget of approx. $2.5M, allocate resources based on business priorities, monitor spending, and evaluate agency, vendor, and partnership performance to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Champion consistent brand experiences across global markets by maintaining brand standards, aligning internal stakeholders, and adapting marketing communications to regional consumer preferences and market conditions.

Desired Competencies:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
