Wir suchen derzeit einen Rechtsreferendar (m/w/d) in der Wahlstation. Du wirst Teil unseres Commercial Legal Teams und unterstützt bei der Vertragsgestaltung, rechtlichen Beratung sowie bei Projekten rund um unsere nationalen und internationalen Geschäftsaktivitäten.

Du hast Leidenschaft für Elektromobilität, Interesse an Technologie und den Wunsch, den Wandel in der Automobilindustrie aktiv mitzugestalten.

In unserem Commercial Legal Team bearbeitest du die gesamte Bandbreite des Wirtschafts- und Vertragsrechts und bekommst einen einmaligen Einblick in die Tätigkeit einer international agierenden Rechtsabteilung. Du kannst Deine juristische Expertise mit unternehmerischem Denken verbinden und unterstützt so das Business mit pragmatischen und praxisorientierten Rat.

Diese Position ist an unserem Standort in Köln, Deutschland, angesiedelt, mit der Möglichkeit hybriden Arbeitens. Wir glauben an ein Modell, das sowohl Präsenz als auch Remote-Arbeit verbindet, denn Zusammenarbeit vor Ort ist genauso wichtig wie konzentriertes Arbeiten im eigenen Rhythmus. Wichtig ist für uns vor allem, dass Du die Unterstützung bekommst, die Du brauchst, um Deine Aufgaben erfolgreich und mit Freude zu erledigen.

Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle wird von Dir erwartet, die abteilungsübergreifendenden Stakeholder bei allen Fragestellungen im Bereich Commercial zu unterstützen. Als Mitglied des Commercial Legal Teams bist du maßgeblich für die Sicherstellung einer praxisnahen und lösungsorientierten Rechtsberatung für das Tagesgeschäft sowie für strategische Projekte. Konkret bedeutet das:

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Gestaltung von Verträgen in allen Bereichen des Tagesgeschäfts, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Vertriebskanäle
  • Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten
  • Erstellung von Recherchen und rechtlichen Einschätzungen im lokalen und internationalen Kontext
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Legal-Team von Polestar

Dein Profil

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, und bei Polestar generell, bringst du Eigenschaften wie Neugier, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative mit. Du kannst Prioritäten setzen, Fristen einhalten und weißt, wann es besser ist, Ideen loszulassen, um pragmatische Lösungen zu finden. Außerdem bist du kommunikationsstark, kannst eigenverantwortlich arbeiten, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest gerne im internationalen Umfeld.

Darüber hinaus bringst du folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Überdurchschnittlichem Ergebnis im Ersten Staatsexamen
  • Vorkenntnisse am Handels-, Vertrags- und Kartellrecht, idealerweise erworben durch erste Praxiserfahrungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Affinität zu digitalen Tools
