Vos missions Plus qu’un(e) conseiller(e) commercial(e), vous incarnez l’expérience POLESTAR sur votre territoire (Pays de la Loire).

  • Vous accompagnez chaque client dans une démarche immersive, moderne et personnalisée.
  • Accueillir, écouter et conseiller les clients dans un environnement premium et épuré
  • Faire vivre une véritable expérience de marque : découverte des véhicules, essais, configuration digitale
  • Accompagner le client à chaque étape, de la première rencontre jusqu’à la livraison
  • Développer une relation durable et qualitative avec votre portefeuille clients
  • Participer activement au lancement et au développement de POLESTAR sur votre secteur
  • Promouvoir les services associés : financement, assurance, reprise, accessoires, entretien

Qui vous êtes

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) de la vente capable d’allier excellence relationnelle, sens du conseil et appétence pour l’innovation.

Votre savoir-faire

  • Expérience réussie dans la vente automobile (idéalement premium, électrique ou innovante)
  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de la relation client haut de gamme
  • Sensibilité aux nouvelles technologies et à la mobilité électrique
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux

Votre savoir-être

  • Excellente présentation et sens du service
  • Écoute, curiosité et capacité à inspirer confiance
  • Dynamisme, sourire et énergie positive
  • Goût du challenge et culture du résultat
