Estamos buscando um Consultor(a) Interno(a) DHO, com foco na construção de relacionamentos de confiança com as lideranças das unidades/setores sob sua responsabilidade; prestar serviço consultivo junto às lideranças, oferecendo suporte e orientaçãoa estes para garantir a aplicação das melhores práticas de gestão de pessoas, visando otimizar a performance e os resultados de suas equipes.

Responsabilidades:

Atuar como parceiro estratégico de RH junto às lideranças, realizando diagnósticos e propondo soluções em gestão de pessoas. Apoiar o desenvolvimento de líderes e equipes, em parceria com a área de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento. Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de RH, propondo ações e intervenções para melhoria dos resultados. Realizar o planejamento e controle de Headcount, garantindo o alinhamento das equipes ao planejamento organizacional. Atuar na gestão de clima, engajamento e experiência dos colaboradores, acompanhando indicadores e planos de ação. Apoiar as lideranças na gestão e resolução de conflitos e no fortalecimento das relações profissionais. Apoiar a implantação e acompanhamento de processos de gestão de desempenho, incluindo feedbacks, avaliações de experiência e avaliações de desempenho. Contribuir para a identificação, desenvolvimento e formação de novas lideranças e talentos. Acompanhar programas de desenvolvimento, como trainees, apoiando sua formação em gestão de pessoas. Realizar e analisar entrevistas de desligamento, gerando insights para melhoria dos processos e do ambiente organizacional. Participar da construção e implementação de políticas e práticas de gestão de pessoas. Apoiar o planejamento e controle do orçamento da área de DHO/Consultoria Interna.

Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas; Experiência profissional em Recursos Humanos, DHO, Consultoria Interna ou Business Partner; Vivência no atendimento e suporte a gestores e lideranças; Conhecimento em gestão de desempenho, feedback, avaliação de experiência e desenvolvimento de pessoas; Experiência ou conhecimento em clima organizacional, engajamento e indicadores de RH; Conhecimento em Headcount e indicadores de gestão de pessoas.
