Responsável por liderar as frentes de Compliance, Gestão de Riscos, Auditoria Interna, Controles Internos e Segurança Cibernética, assegurando a efetividade da governança, o monitoramento contínuo dos riscos corporativos, a aderência regulatória, a proteção dos ativos da companhia e a evolução permanente do ambiente de controles e integridade.

Liderar o Programa de Compliance e Integridade, garantindo a implementação e o monitoramento de políticas, normas, treinamentos, canal de ética e ações voltadas à cultura de conformidade. Estruturar e conduzir o processo corporativo de mapeamento, avaliação, monitoramento e mitigação de riscos estratégicos, operacionais, regulatórios, tecnológicos e reputacionais, assegurando alinhamento com os objetivos do negócio. Implementar e acompanhar o ambiente de controles internos, promovendo melhorias contínuas nos processos, monitoramento de indicadores e fortalecimento da governança corporativa. Planejar e executar auditorias contínuas e baseadas em risco, avaliando a efetividade dos controles, dos processos de governança e da gestão de riscos, bem como acompanhando a implementação dos planos de ação decorrentes. Liderar a estratégia de Segurança da Informação e Segurança Cibernética, supervisionando a gestão de vulnerabilidades, incidentes de segurança, proteção de dados, controles de acesso e iniciativas de fortalecimento da resiliência digital da organização. Atuar como parceiro estratégico da alta administração, reportando riscos relevantes, resultados de auditoria, indicadores de conformidade e oportunidades de melhoria para apoiar a tomada de decisão e a geração sustentável de valor.
