Što ćeš raditi

  • planirati i provoditi strategiju Polleo Sporta na društvenim mrežama, prvenstveno na Instagramu, TikToku i Facebooku
  • izrađivati i voditi content kalendar u skladu s marketinškim planom i komunikacijskim prioritetima brenda
  • osmišljavati sadržaj i pripremati briefove za foto, video i dizajn produkciju
  • planirati, postavljati, pratiti i optimizirati Meta Ads kampanje
  • pratiti rezultate organskog i plaćenog sadržaja te izrađivati izvještaje i preporuke za daljnju optimizaciju
  • pratiti trendove, algoritme i nove formate na društvenim mrežama te procjenjivati kako ih relevantno primijeniti na brend
  • testirati različite formate, kreative, publike i pristupe komunikaciji
  • blisko surađivati s kreativnim i komercijalnim timovima na realizaciji kampanja i drugih marketinških aktivnosti

Što očekujemo

  • najmanje 2 godine iskustva u vođenju društvenih mreža
  • praktično iskustvo rada u Meta Ads Manageru, uključujući postavljanje kampanja, definiranje publika, A/B testiranje i optimizaciju
  • dobro poznavanje Meta Business Suitea, Google Analyticsa i alata za planiranje i objavu sadržaja
  • razumijevanje ključnih metrika te sposobnost donošenja zaključaka na temelju podataka
  • dobar osjećaj za sadržaj, vizualnu komunikaciju i specifičnosti različitih društvenih mreža
  • praćenje aktualnih trendova i promjena na društvenim mrežama
  • dobre organizacijske i komunikacijske vještine
  • samostalnost, proaktivnost i sposobnost rada na više aktivnosti istovremeno

Prednost je ako

  • imaš iskustvo rada u fitness, sport ili lifestyle industriji
  • pratiš fitness i sportski sadržaj na društvenim mrežama
  • govoriš njemački jezik (C1 razina)
