Обязанности:

  • Управление и защита интересов компании в области регистрации лекарственных средств в Республике Казахстан, включая мониторинг и организацию рабочего процесса;
  • Комплектация и подготовка документации для регистрации/перерегистрации лекарственных средств и субстанций, включая составление заявлений, инструкций и других документов;
  • Контроль сроков прохождения экспертизы и регистрации, взаимодействие с РГП «НЦЭЛС» Республики Казахстан;
  • Подготовка и отправка распоряжений и приказов по регистрации/перерегистрации препаратов;
  • Обеспечение своевременной отправки препаратов и предоставление сведений по статусу регистрации;
  • Подготовка рекомендаций для регистрационной стратегии и координация работы специалистов по регистрации;
  • Контроль над регистрационными процессами, включая подачу и мониторинг изменений в законодательстве;
  • Ведение отчетности и работа с электронными базами данных.

Требования:

  • Высшее фармацевтическое, химическое или медицинское образование;
  • Опыт работы от 2 лет в должности специалиста по регистрации лекарственных средств, изделий медицинского назначения или медицинской техники;
  • Знание нормативных документов для регистрации лекарственных средств в Республике Казахстан и странах СНГ;
  • Знание номенклатуры и технических данных выпускаемой продукции;
  • Опыт отечественной и СНГ регистрации;
  • Знание международных норм и правил в сфере регистрации ЛС;
  • Английский язык (предпочтительно на уровне Intermediate);
  • Владение основными ПК программами: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Доброжелательность, коммуникабельность, умение находить решения в сложных ситуациях.
