Обязанности

  • Руководство юридической и комплаенс-функцией компании, управление командой и развитие сотрудников.
  • Полное юридическое сопровождение деятельности компании в соответствии с законодательством Республики Казахстан и внутренними корпоративными стандартами.
  • Правовая экспертиза, подготовка и сопровождение договоров, корпоративных документов и коммерческих сделок.
  • Консультирование руководства и бизнес-подразделений по вопросам корпоративного, гражданского, трудового, коммерческого и фармацевтического законодательства.
  • Обеспечение эффективного функционирования системы комплаенс, включая соблюдение Кодекса деловой этики, антикоррупционных требований и корпоративных политик.
  • Организация и проведение комплаенс-проверок, внутренних расследований, оценки и минимизации юридических и комплаенс-рисков.
  • Правовое сопровождение взаимодействия с государственными органами, регуляторами, медицинским сообществом и деловыми партнерами.
  • Представление интересов компании в судебных и административных органах, сопровождение претензионно-исковой работы.
  • Мониторинг изменений законодательства и обеспечение своевременной адаптации внутренних процессов компании.
  • Участие в реализации стратегических проектов компании и обеспечение правовой поддержки бизнеса.

Требования

  • Высшее юридическое образование.
  • Опыт работы в юридической сфере не менее 10 лет, из них не менее 5 лет на руководящей должности.
  • Опыт работы в международной компании, предпочтительно в фармацевтической отрасли.
  • Глубокое знание корпоративного, гражданского, трудового, коммерческого и фармацевтического законодательства Республики Казахстан.
  • Практический опыт построения и развития системы комплаенс, управления юридическими и регуляторными рисками.
  • Опыт сопровождения судебной практики, договорной работы и корпоративного управления.
  • Знание международных стандартов комплаенс и деловой этики будет преимуществом.
  • Развитые лидерские качества, стратегическое мышление, высокие коммуникативные и переговорные навыки.
  • Владение английским языком на уровне Upper-Intermediate и выше.
