The posting

Обязанности:

  • Анализ данных (консолидация, формирование отчетов, группировка данных, формирование выводов;
  • Помощь в создании и поддержка дэшбордов;
  • Участие в разработке и внедрении автоматического сбора данных и визуализации полученной информации (Microsoft Power BI) в зависимости от условий запроса;
  • Проведение обучения менеджеров новым технологиям анализа данных (внедрение отчётности PowerBI в работу менеджеров по продажам);
  • Подготовка различной отчетности;
  • Предоставление отчетов через офисные приложения для улучшения бизнес-процессов;
  • Анализ бизнес-требований и процессов, и рекомендации руководству для внедрения;
  • Обслуживание приложений бизнес-аналитики. Выявление и решение технических проблем;
  • Взаимодействие с другими аналитическими командами;
  • Предоставление специальной поддержки, а также помощь в обучении заинтересованных сторон передовым методам работы с данными;
  • Диагностика проблем в режиме реального времени и предоставление рекомендаций с помощью метрик и визуализаций.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование, желательно экономическое, финансовое или математическое;
  • Опыт работы от 2х лет на аналогичной или смежной позиции;
  • Отличное знание MS office, MS Excel, VBA;
  • PowerBI на уровне пользователя, тех поддержка дашбордов в PowerBI;
  • Опыт работы в аналитике продаж/ рынка;
  • Опыт работы с отчетностью и большими массивами данных;
  • Опыт работы в бюджетировании/ построении и расчетах выполнения планов продаж;
  • Умение составлять дашборды и аналитические справки для внутренних клиентов;
  • Опыт работы в фармацевтической отрасли будет преимуществом;
  • Аккуратность, пунктуальность, оперативность, умение работать в команде, проактивность.​​​​​​​

Будет преимуществом:

  • Опыт работы с рыночными данными (IQVIA, Spot2D, Viortis и т.п.);
  • Понимание фармацевтического рынка;
  • Опыт проведения качественных и количественных исследований в фармацевтической сфере.
