Aufgaben

  • Programmierung, Simulation und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen und Toolpaths für 3-Achs-, 5-Achs- und Fräs-Dreh-Bearbeitung
  • Einrichten, Einfahren und Fertigen komplexer Bauteile nach hohen Qualitäts- und Dokumentationsstandards
  • Auswahl von Werkzeugen, Spannmitteln und Schnittdaten für Aluminium, Stahl, Titan und Inconel
  • Reduzierung von Zykluszeiten und Verbesserung der Maschinenauslastung durch saubere Prozesse
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Vorrichtungs- und Spannstrategien für wiederholgenaue Fertigung
  • Sicherstellung enger Toleranzen und First-Time-Right-Qualität in der Serien- und Prototypenfertigung
  • Begleitung von Neuteilen von der technischen Zeichnung bis zur stabilen Produktion
  • Technisches Feedback zur fertigungsgerechten Auslegung von Bauteilen in Abstimmung mit Kunden und Engineering
  • Mitarbeit an Standardisierung, Datenerfassung und Automatisierung im Produktionsumfeld

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d), CNC-Fachkraft (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Praxis in der CNC-Bearbeitung als CNC-Fräser (m/w/d), CNC-Dreher (m/w/d), CNC-Einrichter (m/w/d) oder CNC-Programmierer (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung mit CAM-Systemen wie Fusion, hyperMILL, Mastercam oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Sicher im Einrichten und Bedienen moderner CNC-Maschinen, idealerweise von Hermle, DMG Mori oder Mazak
  • Gutes Verständnis für Vorschübe, Schnittgeschwindigkeiten, Werkzeugwege und Spanntechnik
  • Routine im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen sowie im Umgang mit Maß-, Form- und Lagetoleranzen bzw. GD&T
  • Erfahrung mit engen Toleranzen im Bereich Präzisionsfertigung, Werkzeugbau, Luftfahrt oder vergleichbaren Branchen
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in simultaner 5-Achs-Bearbeitung, Messtastern, Palettensystemen oder Automatisierung
  • Englischkenntnisse sind hilfreich für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
