Gesucht wird ein Disponent (m/w/d), Transportdisponent (m/w/d) oder Speditionsdisponent (m/w/d), der den täglichen Fahrzeugeinsatz zuverlässig steuert und Prozesse am Standort aktiv mitgestaltet.

Aufgaben

  • Disposition im Bereich Kühlerverkehr
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von überwiegend festen Touren mit eigenem Fuhrpark
  • Reaktion auf kurzfristige Änderungen, Terminverschiebungen und operative Störungen im Transportablauf
  • Einsatz von Fremdladung und Frachtenbörsen bei Bedarf zur Absicherung der Auslastung
  • Laufende Abstimmung mit Fahrern, internen Schnittstellen und operativen Ansprechpartnern
  • Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeiten nach betrieblichem Bedarf
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Dispositions- und Standortprozessen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d), Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ Berufserfahrung als Disponent (m/w/d), Transportdisponent (m/w/d), Fuhrparkdisponent (m/w/d) oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Logistikumfeld
  • Auch Quereinsteiger mit nachweisbarer Praxis in Transport, Spedition oder Fuhrparksteuerung willkommen, z. B. Berufskraftfahrer (m/w/d) mit Dispositionserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC, Dispositionssoftware und digitalen Transportabläufen
  • Belastbare, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Tagesgeschäft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Polnisch oder Englisch sind ein Plus
