Für einen spezialisierten Reparaturbetrieb für Motorspindeln und Elektromotoren in Neuweiler (Landkreis Calw) suchen wir Sie als Spindeltechniker (m/w/d), in Festanstellung direkt beim Unternehmen.

Aufgaben

  • Demontage, Instandsetzung und Montage von Motorspindeln, zum Beispiel von Kessler, Fischer, Step-Tec, Deuschle oder Siemens
  • Elektrische Prüfung: Motoren prüfen, Drehgeber justieren, Sensorik und Werkzeugspannung prüfen und tauschen
  • Frequenzumrichter für Testläufe programmieren – jede Spindel wird nach der Reparatur komplett durchgeprüft
  • Feinwuchten, außerdem Temperatur-, Schwingungs- und Dichtheitsprüfung
  • Auf Wunsch: ab und zu Spindeltausch direkt beim Kunden

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektroniker oder Elektrotechniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung mit Motorspindeln, Spindelservice oder Antriebstechnik
  • Kenntnisse in frequenzgesteuerten Asynchron- und Synchronmotoren – was fehlt, wird geschult
  • Von Vorteil: SPS, Steuerungen von Siemens, Fanuc oder Heidenhain, Service an CNC-Maschinen
  • Eigenes Auto, da der Standort mit Bus und Bahn schlecht erreichbar ist
