La Dirección de Vida Universitaria se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Administrativo/a de Gestión de Alumnos para incorporarse a su equipo de trabajo. Las tareas del puesto son:

  • Gestionar los procesos administrativos vinculados a bajas de estudiantes, cambios de carrera y reducciones de carga académica.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los nuevos procesos incorporados al área, velando por su correcta implementación.
  • Brindar atención, orientación y acompañamiento a estudiantes en relación con trámites de becas, cambios de carrera y otras consultas administrativas.
  • Colaborar en la organización, implementación y seguimiento del Programa PRIUNES.
  • Apoyar la gestión del Área de Deportes mediante la coordinación, difusión y seguimiento de actividades, eventos y propuestas orientadas a promover la participación estudiantil.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros administrativos del área.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores de gestión que permitan monitorear la evolución de las actividades y la demanda de servicios.

Requisitos

  • Secundario completo (excluyente).
  • Se valorarán estudiantes avanzados o graduados de carreras afines a Administración, Gestión Educativa, Ciencia de Datos, Análisis de Datos o disciplinas relacionadas (deseable).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
  • Manejo de herramientas del paquete Microsoft Office.
  • Conocimiento de SIU Guaraní y sistema de Aranceles UCA. (deseable)
