La Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias económicas se encuentra en búsqueda de un Bibliotecario/a de Servicio para incorporar a su equipo de trabajo. Las responsabilidades del puesto son:

Servicios al usuario

  • Brindar atención y orientación a estudiantes, docentes e investigadores en el uso de los servicios y recursos de la biblioteca.
  • Gestionar el préstamo, devolución y circulación de materiales bibliográficos.
  • Acompañar a los usuarios en la búsqueda y recuperación de información en recursos físicos y digitales.
  • Colaborar en actividades de formación de usuarios y alfabetización informacional.
  • Participar en acciones de difusión y promoción de los servicios y recursos de la biblioteca.

Procesos técnicos

  • Realizar tareas de catalogación, clasificación e indización de materiales bibliográficos conforme a normas y procedimientos institucionales.
  • Gestionar el ingreso, actualización y mantenimiento de registros en el sistema de gestión bibliotecaria.
  • Colaborar en el desarrollo y organización de las colecciones físicas y digitales.
  • Controlar la correcta organización física de los materiales en estanterías y depósitos.
  • Participar en procesos de inventario, expurgo y preservación de colecciones.

Requisitos

  • Profesional Título universitario o terciario en Bibliotecología o carreras afines.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 45 horas semanales

Conocimientos

  • Conocimiento de normas de catalogación.
  • Manejo de sistemas integrados de gestión bibliotecaria y recursos electrónicos.

  • Orientación al servicio y atención de usuarios.
  • Capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo.
  • Responsabilidad y autonomía en la gestión de tareas.
  • Predisposición para incorporar nuevas herramientas y tecnologías.
  • Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales y comunicación institucional.
  • Nivel de inglés medio/avanzado
