Descripción del puesto

La Dirección de Ingreso y Marketing se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Administrativo/a Comercial para incorporarse a su equipo de trabajo. Las tareas del puesto son:

  • Gestionar y fortalecer el vínculo con empresas, organizaciones e instituciones,
  • Registrar, actualizar y segmentar información de potenciales alumnos y organizaciones en el sistema CRM (HubSpot)
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores de gestión comercial, realizando el seguimiento de leads y de los resultados de las acciones de captación.
  • Brindar soporte administrativo a las Unidades Académicas en la gestión de la oferta de cursos y carreras de Posgrado.
  • Asesorar a alumnos, empresas y organizaciones sobre la oferta académica de Posgrado, requisitos de admisión, modalidades de cursada, aranceles y beneficios.
  • Implementar acciones de seguimiento, re contacto y fidelización de interesados, con el objetivo de favorecer la conversión de consultas en inscripciones.
  • Participar en eventos de promoción institucional, charlas informativas, webinars y ferias educativas.

Requisitos

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Viernes de 9.00hs a 18.00hs.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas digitales, preferentemente conocimientos de CRM (Hubspot o similar)
  • Buen manejo de idioma inglés.
  • Perfil comercial.
