Portalp est spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication, la pose et la maintenance de portes automatiques piétonnes depuis 60 ans maintenant.

o Nature du Contrat : CDI

o Salaire : 36 / 40K€ brut annuel + variable - en fonction du profil et des expériences

o Nos plus : Mutuelle, CSE, Carte Tickets Restaurant 9,50 € par jour travaillé (60% part employeur), Prime CP, Véhicule de service, Prime d’ancienneté, Journée d’anniversaire offerte (au bout de 2 ans d’ancienneté)

Nous recherchons une personne organisée et réactive pour prendre en charge la gestion de toutes les installations de systèmes de fermetures : portes automatiques piétonnes et portes industrielles, rideaux métalliques...

En tant que Conducteur(trice) de travaux, vous serez intégré(e) à notre équipe « Pose Neuve » pour l’agence de Marly (57), sur le secteur qui vous sera confié.

Nous recherchons une personne organisée et réactive pour prendre en charge la gestion de toutes les installations de systèmes de fermetures : portes automatiques piétonnes et portes industrielles, rideaux métalliques...

Nous vous ouvrons notre porte. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

 Préparation des travaux

  • Débriefer avec le commercial sur la prestation à réaliser,
  • Préparer et organiser les chantiers en lien avec les clients, le responsable travaux régional…
  • Approvisionner le matériel,
  • Planifier les équipes et chantiers,

 Pendant les travaux

  • Encadrer et suivre la réalisation des chantiers,
  • Gérer la sous-traitance,

 Réception des travaux

  • Clôturer les chantiers,
  • Gérer les levées de réserves,
  • Suivre la facturation.

• Encadrement/management des équipes

  • Suivre les techniciens,
  • Valider les heures,
  • Assurer la sécurité sur le chantier.

Nous croyons en vous : savoir-être et compétences :

De formation technique en menuiserie alu et/ou en électrotechnique, vous avez une première expérience dans la conduite de chantiers en second œuvre ou vous êtes technicien/menuisier alu/serrurier et vous souhaitez évoluer sur un poste de conducteur de travaux.

Ce poste requiert un très bon relationnel, le sens du service, la rigueur et la capacité à gérer les imprévus, et bien évidemment, le permis B !
