Om rollen

Som Tullassistent på Posti kommer du ingå i ett professionellt team under ledning av Customs Manager, vilken du även kommer att rapportera till. Det är en dynamisk roll som innebär högt tempo, stor variation i vardagen och goda utvecklingsmöjligheter. Dessutom är det viktigt med hög integritet i rollen som Tullassistent och att noggrant följa de fastställda rutiner som finns.

Tjänsten är placerad i centrala Norrköping, men det finns möjlighet till delvis hybridjobb. Tillsättning av tjänsten sker så snart vi funnit rätt kandidat.

Arbetsuppgifter

Arbetet kommer bestå av både självständiga arbetsuppgifter och arbete i team, varför vi ser att du har en god samarbetsförmåga. Du kommer att administrera tulldokument både i Sverige, Norge och Finland, samt produktion av olika tullhandlingar och daglig kundkontakt. Dessutom kommer du utföra tulldeklarationer, tolka regelverk kopplade till tullprocesser och även ha kontakt med tullverket och andra myndigheter.

Din profil

Krav:

· Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både tal och skrift.

· Goda datakunskaper.

· Van användare av Microsoft Excel.

· Fulländad gymnasieexamen.

· God förmåga att kunna jobba strukturerat, både självständigt och med andra, samt att organisera och ta eget ansvar.

Meriterande:

· Avklarade kurser från Tullverket eller likvärdig utbildning.

· Meriterande med tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet inom tull.
