Etsimme asiakkaallemme motivoitunutta ja osaavaa työnjohtajaa vakituiseen työsuhteeseen!

Haluatko olla mukana varmistamassa, että tavarat liikkuvat oikeaan aikaan oikeaan paikkaan? Etsimme asiakkaallemme työnjohtajaa vastaamaan terminaalin päivittäisen toiminnan sujuvuudesta ja henkilöstön johtamisesta.

Työnjohtajana olet tärkeässä roolissa varmistamassa, että toiminta on tehokasta, turvallista ja laadukasta. Johdat henkilöstöäsi esimerkillisesti sekä huolehdit siitä, että päivittäiset tavoitteet saavutetaan muuttuvassa toimintaympäristössä.

Päiväsi koostuvat terminaalin operatiivisen toiminnan ohjaamisesta, resurssien suunnittelusta ja henkilöstön tukemisesta. Toimit tiiviissä yhteistyössä asiakkaiden, henkilöstön ja esihenkilöiden kanssa sekä seuraat toiminnan sujuvuutta raportoinnin ja erilaisten seurantatyökalujen avulla.

Lisäksi vastaat omalta osaltasi työturvallisuuden toteutumisesta ja turvallisten toimintatapojen ylläpitämisestä.

Työsopimus: kokoaikainen 37,5 tuntia / viikko, vakituinen ja tulisi alkaa mahdollisimman pian

Palkkaus: 3000 - 3300€/kk ja palkka määräytyy huolinta-alan toimihenkilöiden ERTO työehtosopimuksen mukaan

  • IT-osaamista Office ohjelmien osalta
  • Kykyä itsenäiseen päätöksentekoon
  • Hyviä yhteistyö-, paineensietoa ja vuorovaikutustaitoja
  • Logistiikka-alan koulutusta tai vahvaa käytännön kokemusta
  • Kokemusta esihenkilötyöstä
