Missão do Cargo Atender os clientes com cordialidade, agilidade e atenção, garantindo um ambiente organizado, seguro e acolhedor, além de oferecer produtos de qualidade e uma excelente experiência de compra.

Principais Atividades

  • Registrar corretamente produtos e comandas no sistema
  • Conferir troco, abertura e fechamento de caixa
  • Realizar sangrias e depósitos no cofre eletrônico
  • Conferir valores recebidos e identificar notas falsas
  • Organizar documentos e processos de caixa diariamente
  • Dar baixa em pendências e comandas da pista e loja
  • Auxiliar nas vendas de produtos adicionais e promoções
  • Atender clientes no balcão da padaria com agilidade
  • Organizar vitrines, estufas e exposição de produtos
  • Realizar reposição de mercadorias e controle de validade
  • Aplicar corretamente o PVPS (Primeiro que Entra, Primeiro que Sai)
  • Conferir temperaturas e padrões de segurança alimentar
  • Apoiar no controle de estoque e recebimento de mercadorias
  • Auxiliar na limpeza de equipamentos, bancadas e setor
  • Garantir etiquetas, preços e comunicação visual atualizados

Responsabilidades

  • Garantir atendimento cordial, ágil e padronizado
  • Manter organização, limpeza e segurança do ambiente
  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos e normas da empresa
  • Utilizar corretamente EPIs durante manipulação de alimentos
  • Zelar pela higiene pessoal e apresentação profissional
  • Trabalhar com ética, responsabilidade e transparência nas operações de caixa
  • Cumprir padrões de qualidade, segurança alimentar e prevenção de perdas
  • Identificar situações de risco ou irregularidades e comunicar à liderança
  • Ensino Medio completo
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade no atendimento ao cliente
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados
  • Organização, agilidade e responsabilidade
  • Facilidade para trabalho em equipe
  • Desejável experiência com atendimento, caixa ou padaria
