Descrição: Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de RH Sênior, com perfil de HR Business Partner, para liderar o RH de um projeto greenfield de grande porte na Região Metropolitana de Fortaleza (CE). A posição tem atuação consultiva e estratégica. Ela conecta a operação local às diretrizes corporativas e à liderança do site, e sustenta clima, cultura e engajamento ao longo de todo o ciclo do projeto, em um ambiente dinâmico com várias empresas parceiras atuando em conjunto.

Atividades:

  • Conduzir o RH do site de ponta a ponta, com visão sistêmica e foco em pessoas.
  • Atuar como parceiro(a) da liderança local, traduzindo demandas da operação em soluções de pessoas.
  • Conectar as diretrizes da matriz às necessidades da operação.
  • Articular, por relacionamento e influência, as empresas contratadas e subcontratadas do projeto.
  • Liderar iniciativas de cultura e integração entre equipes próprias e parceiras.
  • Sustentar e aprimorar os subsistemas de RH (remuneração, T&D, R&S e avaliação), com olhar crítico e de melhoria contínua.
  • Conduzir a pesquisa de clima e os planos de ação, com foco em engajamento e retenção.
  • Liderar a equipe de RH do site.
