THE BRAND & THE OPPORTUNITY

Du baust gemeinsam mit uns eine neue Fitness-Marke im Segment Mid Cost - High Value auf.

Die Vision: „Der neue Hotspot in der City für Workout, Recovery, Co-Working und Socializing.“

Kraft, Cardio und Functional, Live-Kurse, Sauna und Recovery, Bar und Lounge sowie eine ruhige Co-Working Zone, alles unter einem Dach - zu einem erschwinglichen Preis deutlich unter Premium-Clubs.

Unsere Clubs sollen auf ehemaligen Retail-Flächen entstehen, in 1A-Innenstadtlagen mit langfristig gesicherten Mietverträgen. Wir starten in Westdeutschland in der Region Köln, Essen, Frankfurt und expandieren dann.

Wir arbeiten mit unternehmerischem Anspruch: kleines Team, kurze Wege, jeder Standort muss sich selbst tragen. Der erste Club ist der Beweis für das Konzept, und jeder weitere wird durch den Erfolg des vorherigen verdient.

Für dich heißt das: Du bist ab Sekunde 1 dabei und gestaltest vom Namen über das Konzept bis hin zur Location alles von Grund auf mit. Kein Einstieg in einen bestehenden Betrieb, sondern die Chance, eine Marke von Null an aufzubauen, das Modell in allen Details zu gestalten und volle Verantwortung für das Ergebnis zu übernehmen.

THE ROLE & YOUR ROADMAP

Als Managing Director verantwortest du den kompletten Aufbau der Marke - von den ersten Entwürfen auf dem Reißbrett bis hin zur Multi-Site-Skalierung.

- Phase 1 - Konzept schärfen: Du bringst das Angebot, das Flächenprogramm, die Pricing-Strategie und den Brand-Auftritt gemeinsam mit den Gesellschaftern zur Marktreife.

- Phase 2 - Ersten Club eröffnen: Du steuerst den Ausbau vor Ort, baust dein Kernteam auf, drehst den Pre-Opening-Sales auf Anschlag und bringst den ersten Flagship-Standort ans Netz.

- Phase 3 - Proof of Concept: Du erreichst mit dem Club die geplanten Mitglieder- und Ergebniszahlen (P&L) und machst aus dem Piloten ein hocheffizientes, wiederholbares Modell.

- Phase 4 - Skalieren: Du eröffnest weitere Standorte in Deutschland und baust die Organisation auf, die dieses Wachstum trägt.

YOUR IMPACT (DIE ERSTEN 12 MONATE)

Du bist von Tag 1 an am Start und bringst den ersten Standort ans Netz:

- Konzept zur Marktreife bringen: Zusammen mit der Projektleitung feilst du an Angebot, Flächenaufteilung, Preisen und Marke.

- Ausbau steuern: Du betreust den Aus- und Umbau des ersten Standorts und behältst Zeit- und Kostenrahmen fest im Griff.

- Kernteam aufbauen: Du rekrutierst Club-Leitung, Trainer sowie Servicepersonal und prägst von Anfang an Kultur und Standards.

- Pre-Sales & Markteintritt verantworten: Du treibst die Mitgliedergewinnung vor der Eröffnung, machst lokales Marketing und schließt Deals mit Firmenkunden sowie Aggregatoren (z. B. Urban Sports Club, EGYM Wellpass).

- Prozesse & Tech aufsetzen: Du richtest Mitgliederverwaltung, Zugangssysteme, App und Reporting ein.

- Ersten Club eröffnen: Du begleitest das Grand Opening und führst den Standort erfolgreich in den Live-Betrieb.

YOUR PROFILE

Du brennst selbst für Fitness und Lifestyle, denkst wie ein Unternehmer und hast den Biss, etwas Eigenes aufzubauen? Dann bist du genau die richtige Person!

- Track Record: Du hast Führungserfahrung in der Fitnessbranche (z. B. als Area Manager, Cluster Manager oder Regional Director), idealerweise mit P&L Verantwortung.

- Neueröffnungs-Erfahrung: Du hast schon eine Neueröffnung von A bis Z selbst verantwortet oder mitgestaltet (Ausbau, Teamaufbau, Pre-Sales).

- Business Mindset: Du hast Kaufmännisches Denken, Data-Drive und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Gesellschaftern, Vermietern und Partnern.

- Hands-on & Drive: Du packst überall mit an, bis du zufrieden bist. Danach führst du ein wachsendes Team.

- Setup: Vollzeit, Wohnsitz oder Relocation in die Startregion Köln, Essen oder Frankfurt. Reisebereitschaft zu den Standorten und Deutsch C2.

Das wäre ein Plus: Vorerfahrung aus Hospitality, Wellness oder Gastronomie, Erfahrung im Markenaufbau sowie ein starkes Netzwerk in der Fitnessbranche.
