De functie

Omdat we werken met volledig digitale software (o.a. Yuki, Exact, FiscaalGemak en Nmbrs) is de administratie grotendeels geautomatiseerd. Daardoor heb jij meer tijd en ruimte om ondernemers écht te adviseren en persoonlijk contact te onderhouden. Wil jij veel meer doen dan alleen cijfers verwerken en écht impact maken? Als boekhouder bij Practical ben jij een zeer waardevolle sparringpartner voor ondernemers. Jij weet met jouw scherpe blik kansen te signaleren, nieuwe inzichten te geven en proactief mee te denken. Zo help je klanten om grip te houden op hun bedrijf en altijd te kunnen sturen op actuele cijfers.

Jouw rol gaat verder dan de basis – je vertaalt financiële data naar heldere adviezen en denkt mee over verbeteringen die écht verschil maken. Je bent de spil in het financiële proces van onze klanten en met behulp van moderne digitale tools verzorg je proactief de administratie: van het verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen tot het opstellen van btw-aangiftes en het voorbereiden van jaarrekeningen.

Bij Practical krijg je de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen, samen te werken met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines en actief bij te dragen aan de groei van onze klanten. Zo combineer je jouw cijfermatige precisie met een ondernemende en mensgerichte aanpak.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je vindt het leuk om met ondernemers mee te denken, bent nieuwsgierig naar hoe bedrijven werken en haalt energie uit samenwerken met collega’s;
  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van Finance, Boekhouden, Bedrijfsadministratie of bijvoorbeeld Accountancy;
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, servicegericht en kunt ook snel schakelen;
  • Je wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen bij een vooruitstrevend bedrijf dat het verschil wil maken;
  • Sluit je nog niet precies aan op bovenstaande en heb je wel de ambitie om snel te groeien en je te ontwikkelen? Ook dan nodigen we je graag uit om te reageren!
