Wij zijn een full-service accountants- en advieskantoor, aangesloten bij NOAB en erkend als belastingkantoor. We werken met slimme software waardoor administratieve processen slim geautomatiseerd zijn en er veel ruimte is voor advies. Onze klanten zijn actief in uiteenlopende sectoren – van horeca en adviesbureaus tot internationale scale-ups.

Wij werken nauw samen met onze klanten en elke dag ontmoet je nieuwe verhalen: de start-up die zijn eerste stappen zet, de familieonderneming die al generaties lang groeit, of de ambitieuze scale-up die de wereld gaat veroveren. Samen met de klant denk je proactief mee over hun toekomst, om vervolgens samen successen te realiseren.

De functie

Als Relatiemanager bij Practical vorm je de brug tussen de klanten en onze interne organisatie. Jij zorgt dat de dienstverlening van Practical altijd integraal en toekomstgericht is en ondersteunt samen met je collega’s de klanten op verschillende vlakken. Jij krijgt energie van het vooruit helpen van ondernemers en ziet kansen waar anderen ze missen.

Je onderhoudt goed contact met ondernemers en verschillende aangesloten organisaties. Jij verdiept je in hun uitdagingen, vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten en geeft proactief advies. Of het nu gaat om groei, innovatie of efficiency: jij denkt mee, inspireert en wijst ze de weg.

Als sparringpartner en trusted advisor zorg je dat de klant centraal staat en de dienstverlening van Practical naadloos aansluit bij hun wensen en ambities. Je hebt direct impact op het succes van onze klanten en werkt graag in een team waarin plezier en ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Wie ben jij?

  • Jij hebt een aantal jaren werkervaring in een klantgerichte functie binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening en een brede interesse op het gebied van bijvoorbeeld administratie, fiscaliteit en/of HR-processen;
  • Jij weet wanneer je collega’s moet inschakelen en hoe je verschillende disciplines samenbrengt om tot de beste oplossing voor de klant te komen;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, empathisch en oplossingsgericht;
  • Je kunt financiële data interpreteren en vertalen naar praktisch advies;
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en vindt het leuk om langdurige relaties op te bouwen.
