Ihre Aufgaben

Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Patient:innen und sorgen mit Freundlichkeit, Überblick und Organisationstalent für einen reibungslosen Empfang.

  • Sie begrüßen unsere Patient:innen und übernehmen die Anmeldung sowie die Patientenaufnahme.
  • Sie erfassen und pflegen Patientendaten in unserem digitalen Praxisprogramm Medistar.
  • Sie arbeiten mit unserem internen digitalen Planungs- und Organisationstool Doclib und unterstützen die internen Abläufe.
  • Sie koordinieren die Patientenannahme, Einbuchungen und Wartelisten.
  • Sie beantworten organisatorische Fragen, geben Orientierung und unterstützen die Abläufe am Empfang.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich ist ausschließlich organisatorisch und administrativ. Medizinische Tätigkeiten übernehmen Sie nicht.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Büromanagement, Verwaltung oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ein freundliches und empathisches Auftreten.
  • Organisationstalent, Sorgfalt und die Fähigkeit, auch bei höherem Patientenaufkommen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit dem PC sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Eine medizinische Ausbildung oder Vorkenntnisse in Medistar sind nicht erforderlich.
