Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie bereichsübergreifende organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben.

  • Event- und Projektmanagement: Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Veranstaltungen und Projekten
  • Personalverwaltung: Unterstützung bei administrativen Personalprozessen sowie -Personaltätigkeiten
  • Buchhaltung: Zuarbeit in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung
  • Assistenz der Geschäftsführung: Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verwaltungsfachangestellte (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Verwaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in Personio und DATEV sind wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
