Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Responsable Applications (H/F) en CDI au siège de l'entreprise à Veyras (07).

VOTRE MISSION :

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Systèmes d'Information, vous accompagnez la transformation digitale du Groupe en garantissant la performance, l'évolution et le déploiement des applications métiers. Vous prenez la responsabilité du pôle gestion et support des applications. Véritable pont entre les équipes techniques et les directions métiers, vous pilotez une équipe de collaborateurs (administrateurs, chefs de projets et référents applicatifs).

VOTRE QUOTIDIEN :

  • Gestion du portefeuille applicatif : Définir et faire évoluer les solutions applicatives sur les plans fonctionnel et technique, en cohérence avec l'architecture globale du système d'information avec un focus particuliers sur les applications SAP.
  • Relation et alignement métier : Comprendre finement les besoins des différents départements, traduire leurs expressions de besoins en solutions informatiques adaptées et garantir la fluidité des échanges.
  • Gouvernance et suivi des projets : Coordonner les projets d'intégration, suivre les prestataires et veiller au respect des plannings, des budgets et de la qualité des livrables.
  • Management et pilotage d'équipe : Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétences vos collaborateurs au quotidien (organisation des rituels, suivi des plans de charge, accompagnement du changement).

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Bac +5 en informatique, systèmes d'information ou équivalent selon expérience
  • Très bonne maîtrise des environnements ERP, en particulier SAP.
  • Connaissance de JIRA pour le suivi des projets, la gestion des tickets et l’animation des équipes.
  • CRM & Power BI : Des connaissances de niveau intermédiaire seraient un plus pour superviser l'exploitation et la restitution des données.
  • Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum), en management d'équipe et en pilotage de projets applicatifs.
  • Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel oral et écrit (échanges réguliers dans un contexte multi-sites et international).

SOFT SKILLS :

  • Organisation et rigueur : Capacité à structurer l'activité d'une équipe, à prioriser les sujets et à gérer le multi-projets.
  • Qualités relationnelles et communication : Excellent sens de la communication pour faire le lien entre les techniciens et le management/les métiers.
  • Sens du service et écoute : Forte capacité de compréhension des besoins métiers et empathie pour fédérer votre équipe et comprendre les enjeux métier.
