In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment while helping maximize equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime. This position is ideal for maintenance professionals with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoy solving complex equipment challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read electrical schematics and basic blueprints Experience working with motors, drives, sensors, and machine control systems Strong computer skills and ability to maintain maintenance documentation Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred Experience
PLC troubleshooting and programming experience Experience with converting, printing, extrusion, packaging, or similar manufacturing equipment SAP experience Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience Tool, die, fixture repair, or fabrication experience Inventory management and maintenance parts sourcing
Position Summary As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive and reactive maintenance activities on production and facility equipment. You'll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, repair and replace components, support equipment installations, maintain spare parts inventories, and help drive continuous improvement efforts across the operation. Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime Install, maintain, and support production machinery and equipment upgrades Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and machine control systems Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order documentation Manage and maintain maintenance spare parts inventory Support fabrication, repair, and modification of tooling, fixtures, and equipment components Assist with training and cross-training of maintenance and production team members Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures and policies
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and manufacturing machinery Ability to work in a manufacturing environment including exposure to noise, heat, and varying temperatures
