Profissional com visão estratégica e capacidade de execução( HANDS ON), que consiga atuar de forma próxima ao negócio e, ao mesmo tempo, liderar equipes e projetos de tecnologia. É importante ter capacidade de gestão, influência, tomada de decisão, organização e análise, além de uma visão orientada a processos, indicadores, eficiência operacional e resultados. Liderar as equipes de Governança de TI, Infraestrutura, Indicadores e Sistemas, estabelecendo prioridades, metas e indicadores de desempenho - 3 Pessoas diretas; Conduzir a estratégia de Transformação Digital, priorizando iniciativas de acordo com valor, riscos e viabilidade; Liderar processos de seleção, implantação e evolução de sistemas e ferramentas de gestão; Avaliar a aderência dos sistemas aos processos reais da organização, tanto antes quanto após as implementações; Estruturar e fortalecer a governança dos projetos de tecnologia; Garantir a manutenção das políticas de Segurança da Informação e conformidade com a LGPD; Elaborar, controlar e acompanhar o orçamento de TI (Capex/Opex), buscando eficiência e sustentabilidade financeira; Gerenciar contratos, SLAs e fornecedores de tecnologia e consultorias; Acompanhar indicadores da área e promover melhoria contínua dos processos e serviços de TI; Atuar como representante da área de Tecnologia junto à Gerência Executiva, comitês, conselho e parceiros externos.

Graduação completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; Pós-graduação ou MBA em Governança de TI, Gestão de Projetos, Gestão Estratégica de Negócios ou áreas relacionadas.

Conhecimentos e experiênciaExperiência em Governança de TI e gestão de infraestrutura, incluindo redes, servidores, backup e ambientes em nuvem; Gestão de projetos complexos, envolvendo cronograma, escopo, riscos, orçamento e indicadores; Experiência em implementação e gestão de sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP ou TOTVS; Gestão de sistemas corporativos e integração entre tecnologia e processos de negócio; Gestão orçamentária de Capex e Opex; Gestão de fornecedores, contratos e SLAs; Conhecimentos em Segurança da Informação e LGPD; Excel avançado e domínio do Pacote Office.
