Wil jij tijdens je stage ontdekken hoe het is om reizigers vóór, tijdens én na hun vakantie te helpen? Tijdens jouw stage bij Prijsvrij Vakanties & D-reizen draai je écht mee in ons team. Je beantwoordt vragen, denkt mee met klanten en leert iedere dag meer over reizen, service en klantcontact.

Check(-in), maar wat ga je dan precies doen?

Van hulp bij online inchecken tot een vraag over het bijboeken van bagage: tijdens jouw meewerkstage ontdek je hoe veelzijdig klantcontact in de reiswereld is. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s en krijgt steeds meer ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Zo leer je stap voor stap hoe je onze reizigers de beste service biedt.

  • Je beantwoordt klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail;
  • Je helpt bij online inchecken, het bijboeken van extra’s en wijzigingen in de reis;
  • Je luistert goed, denkt mee en zorgt dat klanten zich gehoord voelen;
  • Je denkt mee over wat er wél mogelijk is als een reis anders loopt dan verwacht;
  • Je werkt met verschillende systemen om informatie te vinden en acties zorgvuldig uit te voeren;
  • Je leert omgaan met verschillende soorten klantvragen en situaties;
  • Je denkt samen met het team mee over hoe we onze service nóg beter en slimmer maken.

Vakantie stopt niet om 17.00 uur. Daarom zijn we er voor onze klanten wanneer dat nodig is: ook ’s avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen. Als stagiair draai je hierin mee met het team.

Jij (gaat op vakantie en) neemt mee:

  • Je volgt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in toerisme, hospitality, leisure of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Je zoekt een meewerkstage van minimaal 4 dagen per week;
  • Je bent klantgericht, enthousiast en helpt anderen graag verder;
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, neemt initiatief en pakt nieuwe dingen snel op;
  • Je blijft rustig en vriendelijk, ook als een gesprek wat lastiger wordt;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in de avond, het weekend en op feestdagen.
