  • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely review and approval of all engineering deliverables, drawings, and design documents to maintain technical accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive project performance, identifying risk factors early and implementing mitigation strategies to protect project schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Facilitate resolution of multi-discipline technical challenges in coordination with internal engineering teams and external partners.
  • Direct participation in safety reviews including HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA studies to promote a culture of operational excellence.
  • Manage change control processes, ensuring scope changes are clearly documented, evaluated, and approved.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on manpower planning, resource allocation, and overall portfolio strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required.
  • 15+ years of experience in industrial or power construction projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director.
  • Proven experience managing large EPC projects (>$100M) in gas turbine co-generation, LNG, or related energy infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles, construction management, project controls, and contract administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
