Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Concierge em uma clínica de alto padrão no Lago Sul, sendo responsável por oferecer uma experiência diferenciada, personalizada e acolhedora aos pacientes.

Buscamos uma profissional resolutiva, organizada, dinâmica e proativa, com capacidade de lidar com diferentes demandas simultaneamente, estabelecer prioridades e encontrar soluções com agilidade, mantendo sempre a qualidade e a cordialidade no atendimento.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

* Recepcionar e acolher pacientes, proporcionando uma experiência cordial, personalizada e eficiente; * Realizar e acompanhar agendamentos de consultas, exames e procedimentos, tanto na clínica quanto em diferentes hospitais e instituições de saúde; * Apoiar o paciente na organização de sua jornada de atendimento, garantindo que informações, horários e orientações estejam alinhados; * Realizar contatos com clínicas, hospitais, profissionais e demais prestadores de serviços para viabilizar agendamentos e demandas dos pacientes; * Acompanhar solicitações e retornos, garantindo que as demandas sejam efetivamente solucionadas; * Orientar pacientes sobre os espaços, serviços e fluxo de atendimento; * Atuar na resolução de imprevistos e demandas de última hora com agilidade, discrição e cordialidade; * Gerenciar diferentes solicitações simultaneamente, mantendo organização e controle das prioridades; * Registrar e acompanhar informações e demandas nos sistemas utilizados pela clínica; * Zelar pela apresentação, organização e padrão de atendimento do ambiente; * Manter absoluto sigilo e discrição em relação às informações dos pacientes.

* Experiência com atendimento ao público, concierge, recepção, hotelaria ou serviços de alto padrão; * Excelente comunicação verbal e postura profissional; * Perfil resolutivo, proativo e mão na massa; * Capacidade de organizar e executar múltiplas demandas ao mesmo tempo; * Agilidade para lidar com imprevistos e encontrar soluções; * Organização e atenção aos detalhes; * Cordialidade, discrição e inteligência emocional; * Facilidade para estabelecer contato com diferentes profissionais e instituições; * Boa apresentação pessoal.

SERÁ CONSIDERADO DIFERENCIAL

* Experiência anterior em clínicas, hospitais, hotelaria de alto padrão ou atendimento a público premium; * Experiência com algums dos sistemas: Bitrix24, Zoho One ou monday.com ; * Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de atendimento, relacionamento e acompanhamento de demandas.
