MISSÃO DO CARGO

  • Planejar, dirigir e controlar a unidade, assegurando metas de vendas, rentabilidade, eficiência operacional, excelência no atendimento e desenvolvimento das lideranças.
  • Executar as diretrizes da diretoria e integrar os setores com foco em resultados sustentáveis.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

Gestão estratégica e comercial

  • Desdobrar as metas da diretoria em objetivos e planos de ação para os setores.
  • Monitorar faturamento, margem, custos, perdas e rentabilidade da unidade.
  • Analisar relatórios gerenciais, corrigir desvios e identificar oportunidades.
  • Participar do planejamento de promoções, datas especiais e ações de venda.
  • Acompanhar comportamento de consumo, concorrência e oportunidades locais.
  • Conduzir reuniões de resultados e cobrar execução dos planos de ação.

Gestão operacional e conformidade

  • Supervisionar açougue, FLV, mercearia, frente de caixa, padaria e demais áreas.
  • Garantir padrões de abastecimento, limpeza, organização, atendimento e segurança.
  • Acompanhar abertura, fechamento e continuidade da operação conforme a escala.
  • Integrar recebimento, estoque, compras, abastecimento e vendas.
  • Supervisionar inventários, manutenções e correção de problemas operacionais.
  • Acompanhar auditorias, inspeções e conformidade com procedimentos aplicáveis.
  • Identificar riscos e reportar à diretoria situações críticas ou demandas de investimento.

Gestão de pessoas e liderança

  • Liderar responsáveis pelos setores, monitorando entregas e desenvolvimento.
  • Promover disciplina, respeito, colaboração, integridade e responsabilidade.
  • Realizar feedbacks, avaliações de desempenho e reuniões de alinhamento.
  • Identificar necessidades de treinamento e formar sucessores internos.
  • Atuar com RH/DP na integração, recrutamento, escala, férias e gestão de pessoal.
  • Acompanhar absenteísmo, rotatividade, produtividade e horas extras.
  • Mediar conflitos e encaminhar situações disciplinares conforme as alçadas internas.

Finanças, estoque e prevenção de perdas

  • Controlar despesas e orçamento operacional dentro das autorizações concedidas.
  • Avaliar custos de horas extras, desperdícios, manutenção e materiais.
  • Acompanhar resultados de campanhas e propor melhorias de rentabilidade.
  • Supervisionar acuracidade de estoque, perdas, vencimentos e rupturas.
  • Cobrar líderes por procedimentos de prevenção de perdas e planos corretivos.

Clientes e comunidade

  • Garantir atendimento consistente e tratar reclamações complexas.
  • Fortalecer relações profissionais com clientes, parceiros e fornecedores.
  • Considerar necessidades da população urbana e rural de Buritis/MG.
  • Preservar a imagem da empresa e representar a unidade mediante autorização.

Obrigatórios

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência em gestão ou supervisão de operações de varejo alimentar.
  • Vivência com liderança de equipes, indicadores e resultados.
  • Conhecimento de vendas, estoque, perdas e atendimento.
  • Habilidade de decisão, comunicação e resolução de conflitos.

Desejáveis

  • Formação Superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência na gestão integral de supermercado.
  • Cursos de liderança, finanças e gestão estratégica.
  • Conhecimento em DRE gerencial, ERP e análise de dados.
  • Vivência com formação de líderes e mercado regional.
