Será o ponto de contato entre proprietários e locatários da carteira de clientes de uma imobiliária de alto padrão, garantindo uma experiência fluida, elegante, eficiente e segura durante toda a jornada de locação.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar atendimento aos proprietários e locatários por telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e reuniões presenciais.
  • Intermediar toda a comunicação entre clientes e backoffice.
  • Repassar demandas internas e garantir retorno claro e eficiente ao cliente.
  • Gerir prazos, SLAs e acompanhamentos com alto nível de organização.
  • Fazer a gestão da carteira de proprietários com foco em satisfação, retenção e rentabilidade.
  • Intermediar contato com fornecedores e prestadores de serviço.
  • Analisar laudos de vistoria e conduzir a comunicação com clientes.
  • Antecipar problemas e atuar preventivamente para evitar conflitos.
  • Garantir padrão elevado de atendimento e percepção de valor da marca
  • Formação superior completa ou em andamento, preferencialmente no mercado imobiliário.
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente de alta renda.
  • Vivência com gestão de carteira de clientes.
  • Habilidade na utilização de sistemas.
  • Boa organização e capacidade de gestão simultânea de demandas.
  • Perfil proativo, com senso de urgência e autonomia.
  • Facilidade de deslocamento para o Lago Sul.
