Wat ga je doen?

Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt tussen klant, werfleider, architect en onderaannemers. Je vertaalt lastenboeken en plannen naar haalbare oplossingen en houdt budget, planning en kwaliteit strak op koers. Je pakt door waar nodig en houdt iedereen mee in het verhaal.

Kort samengevat doe je dit:

  • Offertes en projectplannen uitwerken van A tot Z.
  • Projecten coördineren en opvolgen met collega's en onderaannemers.
  • Relaties beheren met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Werkwijzen slim verbeteren zodat het efficiënter én competitief blijft.
  • Kennis delen en meebouwen aan hoe het team werkt.
