Wat ga je doen?

Als Inside Sales Engineer sta je dagelijks in contact met professionele klanten uit uiteenlopende sectoren, zoals chemie, voeding en farmacie.

Je ondersteunt klanten van A tot Z: van het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes tot het beantwoorden van technische vragen en het coördineren van oplossingen met leveranciers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en orders
  • Technische en commerciële ondersteuning bieden aan klanten
  • Beantwoorden van vragen, klachten of wijzigingen in samenwerking met techniek en leveranciers
  • Onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties en beheren van je klantenportefeuille
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en commerciële kansen
