Apresentar os produtos e condições de venda, registrar os pedidos no sistema e acompanhar as entregas, a fim de garantir a satisfação do cliente

Acompanhar a liberação do pedido informada pela área financeira, bem como contatar os clientes na eventualidade de problemas com a forma de pagamento escolhido, com a finalidade de garantir a efetivação da venda;

Controlar e acompanhar a evolução dos clientes no funil de vendas para garantir a realização de pedidos no televendas;

Informar os clientes na eventualidade de problemas na entrega e/ou falta de itens comprados através das formas de contato disponíveis, para possíveis alterações no pedido, priorizando a transparência nas relações com nossos clientes;

Realizar ações de pós-venda a fim de assegurar a entrega do produto e o nível de satisfação no atendimento, visando estreitar relacionamento com o cliente

Prospectar clientes inativos e ativos, por telefone, watts, e-mail e visitas, oferecendo os produtos e destacando os serviços prestados pela empresa com o objetivo de resgatar estes clientes;

Realizar e receber contatos dos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas, encaminhando reclamações, a fim de garantir o faturamento do televendas;

Controlar seus indicadores comerciais, incluindo a jornada de trabalho, a fim de atingir os objetivos propostos pela organização

Requisitos

Experiência comprovada com vendas

Ensino médio concluído

Possuir CNH B será um diferencial

Residir em Gravataí ou Cachoeirinha conforme rota de fretado

Salário: R$ 2.214,65

Horário: 8h às 18h03
