High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or additional coursework in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.

Three or more years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or related operations experience preferred, including at least one year in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Working knowledge of warehouse safety, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and material-handling practices.

Experience using a warehouse management system, RF scanners, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools preferred.

Strong communication, coaching, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

Ability to work the assigned schedule, including overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as business needs require.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
