Das erwartet Dich

  • Du heißt unsere Gäste herzlich willkommen, übernimmst den Check-in und betreust auch Gruppenreisen professionell
  • Beim Check-out sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf mithilfe unseres hoteleigenen Systems
  • Als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste reagierst du kompetent auf Fragen und gehst lösungsorientiert mit Wünschen und Beschwerden um
  • Du bist stets bestens über unsere Produkte, Dienstleistungen, Preise, Sonderaktionen sowie aktuelle VIPs und Veranstaltungen informiert
  • Durch Upselling und den Einsatz von Marketingprogrammen trägst du aktiv zur Maximierung der Umsätze bei
  • Du übernimmst allgemeine Telefonaufgaben und bearbeitest Reservierungen zuverlässig
  • Dein professionelles Auftreten und deine ausgeprägte Gastfreundschaft machen den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste besonders
  • Du handelst jederzeit im Einklang mit den IHG-Standards und sorgst für höchste Servicequalität
  • Zudem gehst du verantwortungsvoll mit allen Zahlungseingängen um
