Position: Casino Cashier Manager

Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casino Cashier Manager to join our team. As one of the leading hotel chains in Jamaica, we strive to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for our guests. The Casino Cashier Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our casino and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the casino cashier department, including managing a team of cashiers and ensuring efficient and accurate handling of cash transactions

- Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of cashiers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures

- Monitor the flow of cash and chips within the casino, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with gaming regulations

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing prompt resolution

- Maintain accurate records of casino revenue and expenses, preparing reports for management as needed

- Collaborate with other departments, such as security and finance, to ensure the safety and security of casino funds

- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of cash handling processes

- Stay up-to-date with gaming regulations and make sure the casino is in compliance at all times

- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new cashiers

- Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment

- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and gaming regulations

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in MS Office and casino management software

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
