Prinsenstichting ondersteunt mensen met een verstandelijke beperking in de regio Zaanstreek-Waterland. We zijn een organisatie met lef! We vertrouwen op ieders inzet en leren van elkaar. Gentle Teaching is de basis in de omgang met onze cliënten. Vanuit de verbondenheid die hierbij ontstaat, geven we samen vorm aan de kwaliteit van leven. De vakgroep vaktherapie is onderdeel van ons behandelcentrum Zodiak.

Zodiak is het expertisecentrum binnen Prinsenstichting en in de regio waar mensen met een (verstandelijke) beperking (en/of hun verwanten) terecht kunnen voor kwalitatief hoogstaande diagnostiek en behandeling. Binnen Zodiak wordt multidisciplinair samen gewerkt met (gespecialiseerde) gedragsdeskundigen, AVG artsen, logopedisten, fysiotherapeuten, mondzorgkundigen, vaktherapeuten (spel, beeldend, muziek en psychomotorische therapie) en gezinsbehandelaars.

Vanuit Zodiak zoeken we per 1 januari 2027 een: Psychomotorisch therapeut (PMT)

Wat bied jij?

  • Je hebt affiniteit en ervaring met het werken met mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Kennis over o.a. autisme, sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling en Gentle Teaching is een pré.
  • Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, waarbij je verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel combineert met een grote mate van flexibiliteit en vrijheid. Tegelijkertijd gaat het jou gemakkelijk af om verbinding te creëren met de verschillende betrokkenen (netwerk van de cliënt, teams, vaktherapeuten, etc.)
  • De vaktherapeuten leveren ieder hun bijdrage aan beleidsontwikkeling, inhoudelijke ontwikkeling en profileren van de vakgroep en aan het door ontwikkelen van zorgprogramma's.
  • Je bent flexibel om op verschillende locaties in de regio van Purmerend te werken en op locatie De Schar in Schagen, een behandelcentrum voor jongeren met complexe problematiek.
  • Jij weet de kennis van jouw vakgebied in te zetten om de deskundigheid van de cliëntbegeleiders en persoonlijk begeleiders te vergroten.
  • Je bent in bezit van een geregistreerde opleiding voor psychomotorische op minimaal HBO- niveau. Inschrijving in het kwaliteitsregister van de SRVB is verplicht.

Zo wordt deze zich bewust van eigen gedrag en help jij hem/ haar psychische, sociale en emotionele problemen te verminderen. Je biedt deze therapie voornamelijk individueel en soms in groepen.

  • De functie psychomotorisch therapeut is ingedeeld in FWG 55 (CAO Gehandicaptenzorg). De aanstelling vindt in eerste instantie plaats voor de duur van 1 jaar, met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling bij gebleken geschiktheid.
  • Het fiscaal voordeel op reiskosten voor je woon-werkverkeer; een eindejaarsuitkering en vakantiegeld zijn een mooi extraatje. Dit maakt het plezier van werken bij Prinsenstichting/ Zodiak compleet.
